Y. K. Mehta & Associates is a Chartered Accountancy firm based in Ahmedabad (Gujarat, India). Founded in the year 2015, our present professional service offerings can broadly be divided into three verticals which are Corporate & Allied Laws, Financial Valuations and Capital Markets. We operate alongside our affiliate firm Kashyap R. Mehta & Associates, Company Secretaries.

 

Within our Corporate & Allied Laws vertical, we help businesses identify areas for improvement, develop and implement governance policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. We also provide ongoing advice and support to ensure that businesses operate legally and efficiently.

 

Our Financial Valuations vertical is a specialized division aimed at providing valuation services which are rigorous and objective thus aiding informed business decisions. Leveraging our expertise in finance, accounting, economics, and other related fields, we have been able to build a strong track record.

 

Our Capital Markets vertical offers services which are relevant for companies that require access to the capital markets. We can provide the necessary expertise and resources to ensure that the fundraising activities are conducted in a legal and effective manner. Our knowledge of the capital markets and relationships built with agencies and intermediaries over the years can be useful in helping clients navigate the complex and constantly evolving capital markets.
