Yash Mehta is a qualified company secretary (ACS), chartered accountant (FCA) and a Registered Valuer (SFA category). He possesses over 14 years of post-qualification experience, 10 of which have involved running an independent practice of corporate law consultancy, financial valuations and capital markets advisory. Before establishing his private practice, Yash worked with Equirus Securities Private Limited from 2012 to 2015, where he served as an Equity Research Analyst specializing in coverage of the BFSI sector.
