For what it’s worth, the concept of financial valuations has been around for as long as modern day businesses have existed. Businesses get merged, stakes get sold, companies get liquidated and all of these events require a value to be put on these entities which has to be ‘vaugely right’ at the very least. With time and collective experience, the valuation techniques have improved, financial instruments have become more sophisticated and the regulatory framework for valuations has evolved.

By virtue of being a Registered Valuer of securities or financial assets (SFA) under the IBBI laws and holding primary membership of ICAI RVO, we have been granted legal authority to prepare & issue valuation reports for various activities under the Corporate and IBBI Laws

Our services in this segment include Issuance of valuation reports for pricing of preferential issues of unlisted entities under Section 62(1)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013, for determining share swap ratio in case of mergers & amalgamations, demergers etc, and for other cases where valuation reports by a registered valuer are required.
